Серай Паланчи Гюнёз родилась в Анталии. После обучения в Колледже Анталии и Средней школе Анталии Серай Паланчи Гюноз окончила стоматологический факультет Университета Хаджеттепе в 1999 году. Ее самой большой детской мечтой было стать стоматологом, теперь она трудится на работе своей мечты.​

За свой 23-летний опыт она активно работала в следующих областях:
